Private Yoga & Mentoring

I am available for one to one yoga, as well as mentoring for trainees and new teachers. I have provided training for many aspiring teachers and am happy to help new teachers find their feet.


Sessions are £60 per hour and can include any aspect of yoga that I have trained in

(alignment-based Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Anusara Yoga, & Pre & Post-Natal Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation & Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle, Mahavidya Sadhana, Bhakti Yoga).

HOME PRACTISE... I can work with where you are, push your limits & help you to open to your fullest potential; I can help you to breathe & to find your voice; or I can help you lay the foundations & develop a home practice....

If you are a teacher in training I am happy to offer support and guidance to help you get the most out of your training & to help you prepare for your assessments & practicals.


CORPORATE YOGA.. .I am available for corporate sessions both online & in your office. I have many years experience teaching corporate Yoga both in Bristol and in London and can help you maintain equilibrium, peace of mind and health to support your work.


PREGNANCY YOGA @ HOME.... I do not currently run pre and post  natal classes but am fully trained. Get in touch if you would like support from the mainstream chaos.
