I have trained to teach various styles of Hatha Yoga, including alignment-based Hatha (500hr BWY-accredited, 2007-2009 and 2020 - 21), Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga (David Swenson Primary Series 2009 & Intermediate Series 2017, Ryan Spielman Intermediate Series 2018), Anusara Yoga (200 hour, YA-accredited, 2010), Vinyasa Flow (100 hour, Mimi Kuo Deemer 2013), and Pre & Post Natal Yoga (Appleyoga 2015 - 17, 100 hours). I have undertaken over 1200 hours of training, & have taken intensives with many teachers, including Donna Farhi, Max Strom, Bridget Woods-Kramer, Richard Rosen, Chuck & Maty, & John Scott, amongst many others. I have also trained in Pranayama, in Ayurvedic Nutrition & Lifestyle, & in Yoga for Children. I have practised with dedication since I fell in love with yoga in 2004, & I am fully insured through IPTI.
I resonate with the teachings of Gautama Buddha, with the sacred texts of The Yoga Tradition, which I draw on in my practise & in my teaching. I also draw on my deep love of music in my classes, incorporating chanting & breathwork. Words fall away when I come home to myself through my teachers Sri Mooji & Sri Ramana Maharshi.
I offer group classes, courses & workshops, & am also available for one-to-ones, private events & yoga sessions in your workplace.

"Arianna carries a really a special energy. I've been searching for some time for a yoga teacher who has the calming and centred presence I need to help me drop deeper into my body and into my truth and I found it in Arianna. She is a true gift. With the voice of an angel and an openness in body and Spirit, I am consistently moved by her and grateful for her. Only someone who has been to places you have not can guide you there and I sense with Arianna her soul is deeply calling her to share with us this path forwards into the unchartered Great Mystery."
(Emma Harper, Yoga student)
